November 2017 Members of the Month

CONGRATULATIONS TO ANISHA AND CHRISTIAN!

This year, November was national ASDA's Advocacy month! We have been so impressed with Anisha and Christian's hard work towards Advocacy Academy! They both play an important role in BU ASDA and we are so lucky to have them! Want to learn more about Anisha and Christian? Read about their interview with us!

Anisha Pandya, DMD 2020

​Where are you from?
I’m a Jersey girl to the core - I was born in Rahway, raised in Bridgewater and went to undergrad at TCNJ. 

What do you do in your free time?
I watch way too many shows, try out different restaurants, explore museums and history, and spend time with family and friends.

What's on your bucket list?
Travel a ton, live in a country outside of the U.S. for some time, become a certified yoga instructor and pet an elephant.

What would your last meal be?
My mom’s stuffed eggplant and potatoes. 

Favorite ASDA moment?
Experiencing ASDA in action at Annual Session 2017 with some awesome people.

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best!

Christian Ford, DMD 2020

​Where are you from?
 I was raised in Newton, MA for the most part.

What do you do in your free time? 
I like to work out and cruise in my car to explore new roads and sights.

What's on your bucket list?
I would like to travel more, fly a wingsuit, and get a pilot's license.

What would be your last meal? 
I would have a full rack of BBQ ribs and for dessert I'd have hot apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream.
Favorite ASDA moment? 
Playing in the intense bocce tournament at Dr. C's house.

Any last words? 
​ It has been a privilege to learn from everyone involved in the ASDA community and I hope to continue raising awareness of what is going on in the Dental field through BU ASDA Advocacy!
